Friday the 13th HailstormI was outside at the curb looking around at the freakish clouds as the tornado sirens were blaring away. Ironically, yet fittingly, I was wearing my Twister t-shirt. After a few minutes the sirens faded and then it became eerily quiet. Moments later, I heard a couple of snapping twigs in the trees around me. Then, loud thuds as the golfball and larger sized hail pounded everything in its path. | |
